We source high quality vintage and modern pre-loved items. All of our items come with clear measurements, to make sure you order what will fit you. If you are unsure about the fit of an item, please contact us at hello@thevintagemarket.co.uk and we will be happy to help!
Delivery and Returns
Standard delivery is £3.99 on all UK orders under £50. Delivery is free for all UK orders of £50 and over.
Should you be returning an item and your cost for the remaining items totals less than £50, the original postage fee will be deducted from your refund. The Vintage Market does not cover the cost of returns.
As long as an item is in the same condition as it arrived to you, we will accept a return and give you a refund, subject to the rules below.
The item return must be requested and returned to us within 28 days of delivery. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your item.
Please contact Hello@thevintagemarket.co.uk for a return, quoting your name, order number and item you wish to return.
We don't accept returns after the 28 day period stated above. If you try to make a return after this, the item will be sent back to your default delivery address.
If an item is returned to us damaged or in an unsuitable condition we won't be able to give you a refund.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, they must be securely packaged and sent with a reputable delivery service, such as Royal Mail. You must ensure that you get proof of postage from a post office or depot.
